   1. Customer Support Executives (6 Positions for PJ Office)
 
  • To response to customers' technical enquiries via phone and e-mail

  • Ensure customers' service requests, enquiries and complaints are attended within the KPI

  • Minimum Certificate in Computer -related studies

  • Candidates with extensive experience will be considered for senior position
 
   2. Human Resource Executive (1 Position for PJ Office)
 
  • Assist with the overall delivery of human resource functions in the areas of recruitment, payroll administration and employee relations

  • Performs office administration duties

  • Posses a certificate/diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in related field

  • Competent in both written and spoken English and B.M

  • Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work independently
 
 
   3. Corporate Sales Executives (10 Junior & 6 Senior Positions for PJ & Penang
       Offices)
 
  • Creating new sales for our range of products & services

  • Posses good sales & communication skills

  • Good command of English and/or Mandarin

  • Posses own transport & able to work independently

  • Attractive basic salary & commission package
 
 
   4. Admin Executives (5 Positions for PJ Office)
 
  • Assisting daily administrative task pertaining to customer billing & enquiries

  • Minimum Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent

  • Strong communication and Interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English, B.M and Mandarin is an added advantage

  • Female preferred and knowledge in I.T is an added advantage
 
 
   5. Marketing & Communications Executives (2 Positions for PJ Office)
 
  • To plan & execute marketing, advertising & promotional plans

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication or related discipline with at least 1 year of experience

  • Independent & able to work on tight datelines

  • Good command of written & spoken English and/or Mandarin
 
 
   6. Software Developers (5 Positions for PJ Office)
 
  • Design & implement .Net based web & mobile applications using ASP.NET, VB.NET & MS SQL

  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or equivalent

  • Working knowledge in Microsoft ASP, ASP.NET, VB.NET, MS SQL, MySQL, AJAX, XML, XHTML, Web Service (WSDL, SOAP)
  • Web portal development & mobile application development experience will be an added advantage

  • Self-motivated & able to work independently
